JAPANESE Ambassador to Zambia Mizuuchi Ryuta says his country, together with the US, UK and France pushed very hard to ensure that all of Zambia’s creditors came on board in the debt restructuring process. And Minister of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says government will start servicing Zambia’s debt as soon as it is restructured.
