US Vice-President Kamala Harris says she is extremely optimistic about the future of Africa, announcing that her government has pledged to invest $350 million in Africa. Vice-President Harris concluded her visit to Zambia on Saturday by meeting global, business and philanthropic leaders to discuss digital inclusion on the continent of Africa and public and private sector investments.
