THE Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) has urged the government to keep pushing for debt restructuring but also start crafting a plan B should that process take longer than planned. And ZICA has urged government to consider arranging a one on one meeting with China since that country has been singled out for delaying the debt restructuring process.
