DEVELOPMENT Bank of Zambia Board Chairperson Noel Nkhoma says the bank is in talks with its principal shareholders on how best it can be restructured. And Nkhoma says DBZ’s loan recovery rate has improved, and that the bank has drastically cut its losses.
