ENERGY Minister Peter Kapala has assured that the damage to the TAZAMA pipeline will not significantly impact the supply of Low Sulphur Diesel (LSD) to the Zambian market. And Energy Regulation Board Chairperson Reynolds Bowa has urged people to restrict their comments to matters they are knowledgeable about to avoid causing alarm in the wake of the damage to the pipeline.
