GOVERNMENT says K10.9 billion was released to finance public service delivery and developmental programmes in the June 2023 budget expenditure. According to a statement issued by the office of the Secretary to the Treasury, Wednesday, of the K10.9 billion, K4.9 billion was spent on debt service, both domestic and external, as well as arrears.
