THE Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) says it will enforce the law against the use of motorbikes as a mode of public transport across the country. But the Commuter Rights Association of Zambia (CRAZ) has challenged RSTA to find an alternative for the commuters and wondered if the action on motor bikes would also imply removal of Hiace buses from the public transport sector.
