ZESCO Limited has attributed the current power outages being experienced in some parts of Lusaka to maintenance and rehabilitation works. The company says it is conducting maintenance works under the Lusaka Transmission, Distribution and Rehabilitation Project (LTDRP), a joint programme between Zambia and the European Union.
