MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says Mopani’s new strategic equity partner International Resources Holding Limited (IRH) is coming to reset the mine’s existing relationship with Glencore because when a relationship is bad, it needs resetting. And Kabuswe has acknowledged that President Hakainde Hichilema is globetrotting but insists that results are showing through the investments he is attracting.
