ENERGY Regulation Board (ERB) Chairperson Reynolds Bowa says the country has initiated a pilot project in Lusaka where fuel is blended with ethanol. Bowa however says that the quantity of ethanol currently being produced in the country is not sufficient to fully support the initiative. In an interview, Thursday, Bowa said the process of fuel blending would be undertaken by Tazama Petroleum Products at all provincial government depots. “Fuel blending – the programme has started as a pilot project.
