MINING Expert Sixtus Mulenga says there is need to go full throttle and exploit the coal resource for power generation, especially now that the country is facing a critical energy crisis. Dr Mulenga has also challenged government and pension schemes such as NAPSA to ensure venture capital to enable easy local mining capital mobilisation.
