THE Oil Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) says Energy Regulations Board’s (ERB) directive to prioritise retail sites when allocating diesel from the TAZAMA pipeline will ensure security of supply in needy areas. In an interview, Tuesday, OMCAZ president Dr Kafula Mubanga said the plan was good and quite sustainable given the circumstances surrounding the current fuel situation in the country. “I think the idea there is to ensure security of supply in the needed areas.
