PETROLEUM Transporters Association of Zambia (PTAZ) Secretary General Benson Tembo says the loss of about 3,500 Zimbabwean tankers from the fuel supply chain in Zambia is a blessing in disguise for local transporters. Tembo says Oil Marketing Companies prefer to engage foreign transporters at the expense of local ones, whom he argues have capacity to supply.
