GOVERNMENT says it has continued to score on the infrastructure front as evidenced by completed projects as well the launch of new ones. Infrastructure, Housing and Urban Development Minister Charles Milupi has disclosed that government will soon embark on the rehabilitation of the Serenje-Mpika stretch with support from the World Bank.
