MINISTRY of Energy Permanent Secretary for Technical Services Peter Mumba says the first shipment carrying diesel under the Open Access Framework has completed off-loading the consignment into TAZAMA. Mumba said the vessel arrived on March 31 and started discharging cargo on April 5, 2025. “The Ministry of Energy is pleased to announce the successful completion of offloading of the first diesel consignment under the TAZAMA Open Access system here in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania.
