FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says 81.6 per cent of the national budget will be financed through taxes and levies. And Dr Musokotwane says it was necessary to increase the mobile money levy to make those in the informal sector also contribute, as those in the formal sector complain bitterly that every time government needs more money, it targets them.
