Lusaka Magistrate David Simusamba has finally granted MMD leader Nevers Mumba K30,000 cash bail, pending appeal.

In his ruling, which was delivered in his chambers today, magistrate Simusamba also ordered Mumba to have two working sureties bound at K30,000 each in their own recognisance.

This is in a matter in which he was convicted and sentenced to three-months imprisonment for giving false information to a police officer at ZNBC.
