MPOROKOSO PF member of parliament Brian Mundubile and 23 others have applied to join a case in which Lusaka resident Joseph Busenga petitioned the Constitutional Court seeking a declaration that section 97(2)(a) of the Electoral process act should be removed from the statute books. He alleges that the provision promotes, aids and abets corrupt practices and all manner of misconduct during elections.
