A PETAUKE businessman has dragged Petauke Central independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda and eight others to court, demanding K800,000 as damages over the alleged invasion and looting of his Pub and Grill in the district. Charles Nyanoka, the owner of Nyanoka Executive Pub and Grill has sued Banda, Patrick Nambeya, Lameck Chanda, Mathews Daka, Michael Daka, Paul Mwanza, Mike Samba, Bisalom Mumba and Raymond Phiri.
