THE Lusaka City Council (LCC) has sued Juldan Motors Limited seeking payment of over K250,000 uncollected bus fees and penalty, owed to the council. The council argues that the bus operator was for a few years loading from their offices along Freedom way for three routes, an action which deprived it from collecting its revenue. LCC wants the Lusaka High Court to declare that the actions by Juldan Motors Limited of not paying the fees for three years were in violation of the Laws of Zambia and illegal.
