NDOZO lodge proprietor Chrint Sichamba, his wife and son have pleaded not guilty to 15 counts of possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime. This was after medical reports from both Chainama and the University Teaching Hospital presented before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court indicated that Sichamba was not insane or mad, and as such could take plea. Following the reports presented before her, Friday, Lusaka magistrate Irene Wishimanga ordered that Sichamba and his co-accused, Eudora Nambela and their son, David, should take plea in the matter. “I have received all the reports from UTH and Chainama hills and this court will proceed to take plea,” ruled the court.
