A LAWYER representing Lusaka businessman Clever Mpoha and a company has accused some Anti-Corruption Commission prosecutors in the corruption matter of being imposters. The lawyer argued that the “people” from ACC were imposters as they are not gazetted as prosecutors. This is in a matter in which former Ministry of Defence permanent secretary Stardy Mwale, Mpoha and Eagle Trading International Limited are facing corruption charges.
