A NIPA student has dragged the institution to the Lusaka High Court, challenging its decision to disqualify him from the 2022 second semester examinations and from attending the 2023 first semester on account of examination malpractice. Martin Nyirenda wants an order or declaration quashing the institution’s decision to nullify all the courses undertaken by him in Computer Science during the second semester of 2022 as well as a declaration quashing the school administration’s decision to compel him to repeat courses undertaken during the second semester of 2022.
