THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has issued a bench warrant against former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizer Zulu for absconding court sessions. Magistrate Silvia Munyinya has ordered that the bench warrant be returnable on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. This is a matter in which Zulu is charged with two counts of failing to appear before the nearest immigration officer and failing to surrender a diplomatic passport. Zulu was found with a case to answer in May, this year.
