THE Law Association of Zambia (LAZ) has dragged Chaminuka Lodge in Chongwe to court demanding a refund of over K100,000 paid to the lodge for accommodation and hosting of a conference. The association also wants interest on the said sum from the date of payment, costs, and any other relief the court may deem fit and just.
