FORMER president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizer Zulu’s arresting officer has informed the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that a joint operation has been instituted in order to apprehend the accused and his surety Lumezi independent Member of Parliament Munir Zulu. Lusaka magistrate Silvia Munyinya has, however, wondered how the entire state machinery can fail to locate Kaizer who is still roaming around, saying “something is wrong somewhere”.
