THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has ordered the state to amend former ZRA commissioner general Kingsley Chanda and former ZRA director administration Callistus Kaoma’s charge sheet before they can take plea. This was after the court noticed that the consent issued by the DPP indicated 22 counts while the indictment shows 23 counts. In this matter, Chanda and Kaoma are facing charges of willful failure to comply with procedure relating to 22 motor vehicles.
