FORMER president Edgar Lungu’s daughter, Chiyeso, has appealed against the decision of the Economic and Financial Crimes Court, High Court Division, to order the forfeiture of two of her properties to the State on grounds that they are tainted property. Chiyeso has, through her lawyers from Messrs. Malisa and Partners Legal Practitioners, appealed to the Court of Appeal and advanced nine grounds of appeal.
