THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has convicted and sentenced a 36-year-old guard and a 27-year-old caretaker of Linda compound to five years with hard labour for threatening violence and cyber extortion. Lusaka Magistrate Amy Chilangwa has committed the duo, John Sichepele and Nobly Kapalangwe to the High Court for sentencing in one count of indecent assault. In this matter, the duo forced Richard Phiri, 49, and Judith Banda, 46, to have sex while they filmed them and later demanded K800 each to keep the videos from being circulated on social media.
