A STATE witness has testified before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that law enforcement agencies did not receive any directive to raid the residence of former president Edgar Lungu, contrary to claims made by PF faction Secretary General Raphael Nakacinda. Detective Inspector Brian Chipango, 35, informed the court that the police, Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), and Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) were never instructed to carry out such an operation.
