THREE Zimbabwean nationals have been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for trafficking in psychotropic substances, namely 30.5 kilograms of marijuana. Hildah Nyandoro, 38, Teresa Loveness Chigutsa, 48, both business ladies and Grace Chigutsa, 34, a student, are facing one count of trafficking in psychotropic substances Contrary to Section 15 (1)(2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act No. 35 of 2021 as read with Statutory Instrument No. 119 of 1995 of the Laws of Zambia.
