THE Lusaka High Court has stayed the Department of National Parks and Wildlife’s decision to grant Tourism Concession Agreements in the Lower Zambezi National Park. Lusaka High Court Judge Ruth Chibbabbuka has also granted Chapter One Foundation and Conservation Advocates Zambia Limited, both ex parte parties, leave to apply for judicial review of the state’s decision to grant Tourism Concession Agreements in the park.
