Barely a day after making changes to the technical bench, the Zambia Air Force (ZAF) has dissolved Red Arrows Football Club executive committee.
A new executive committee led by Innocent Jere has been constituted.
Jere takes over from Nolasco Chilando.
Club media liaison and public relations officer Misheck Kalembwe said in a press statement yesterday that the entire Arrows executive has been replaced.
Kalembwe said the changes that were made by ZAF chief of training Henry Nyundu have seen long-serving chairman, Chilando, replaced by Jere with immediate effect.
Kalembwe said major Thomas Nkonde has been appointed vice chairman with major Kenneth Chewe as secretary, and while major Ronald Lungu is team manager with James Chipili as finance manager.
Committee members include John Zyambo, Teddy Munkondya, Charles Kaluwe and Peter Chembe.
Kalembwe said Nyundu has directed the new committee to do all they can to bring the Club where it belongs in the Zambian soccer league. He has also congratulated them for their new appointments and wished them good luck at Red Arrows FC.
