Lumwana Radiants FC has dissolved the Executive and sub-committees to pave ways for fresh elections which are to be conducted later this month.

Club secretary Ephraim Chileya has announced that all activities will be managed and coordinated by the club administrator or patron.

“It’s with sincere regret that I have to announce to you the dissolution of the current Lumwana Radiants Football Club (LRFC) Executive Committee together with their Sub-Committees. This action has been taken in accordance with article number 18 of the Lumwana Radiants Football Club Constitution. Therefore, all offices within LRFC are declared vacant with immediate effect to facilitate for fresh elections. All club activities will be managed and coordinated by the Club Administrator and the Club Patron or his nominee. Subsequently may I also take this opportunity to announce that elections for office bearers will be held on 28 September 2019 at LPDC offices between 11hrs to 19hrs,” he said.

“Nominations and campaigns for office bearers will run from today to 16hrs on Friday 27’h September 2019. Nominations can be submitted to Radiants FC Managementharrick.com or drop at LPDC crime call centre. Eligibility, only paid up members are eligible to vote, and no nominations shall be accepted without the consent of the nominated person. For all those that are not members that wish to stand for any position must complete the membership (Gold) form and attach to the form proof of payment for the last four months or complete the commitment form for deduction of the amount for payroll deduction.”
