FORMER Chipolopolo winger Clifford Mulenga says a team doesn’t need the most talented coach and captain to deliver results but a bunch of dedicated, hardworking, hungry believers who are willing to move mountains for each other. Speaking in an interview, Monday, Mulenga said every team needs a strong mentality and attitude to succeed, above all, respect and trust among teammates. The 2007 CAF Young Footballer of the Year said most successful teams have always had the right combination of a coach and captain.
