THE Confederation of African Handball (CAH) has appointed Handball Association of Zambia (HAZ) president Victor Banda as competition supervisor for the International Handball Federation (IHF) trophy Zone V championship slated for April 25 to 30 in Dar es Salaam. Speaking in an interview, Tuesday, Banda said he was humbled with the appointment by CAH.
