SPORTS Minister Elvis Nkandu says the success of the National Olympic Committee’s (NOC) Advanced Sports Management Course (ASMC) will depend on the efforts of respective institutions and participants. The ASMC course conducted in collaboration with Olympic Solidarity, is a six-month diploma course that will provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to manage sports organisations at all levels effectively. Nkandu says there is need to have strategic thinking on how the country should organise sports administrations.
