RACHEAL Kundananji has joined the Copper Queens camp as the team prepares for a double header against Ghana in the race for Paris 2024 Olympics qualification. The Copper Queens will travel to Ghana and play the first leg on February 23, before hosting the return fixture at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium on February 28. Kundananji joins the team with hefty expectations on her shoulders, after becoming the most expensive female footballer in history. The winger signed a four year deal with Bay FC in the US, moving from Madrid CFF for a record breaking initial fee of $785,000, with a further $75,000 in add-ons.
