GOVERNMENT has described as ‘total lies’ allegations that it is owing Chipolopolo gaffer Avram Grant K2.9 Million in unpaid salaries. Minister of Sports ,Youth and Arts, Elvis Nkandu, says it is also not true that government is owing the Chipolopolo and Copper Queens some winning bonuses as alleged by some sections of the media.
