When asked about the craziest thing I’ve ever done, I tell people it’s serving as the Vice-Chancellor of two universities simultaneously, Professor Dr Licy Hellicy Ng’ambi reflects. Prof Ng’ambi is actually Zambia’s first female Vice Chancellor. And I suppose you’re surprised but you know what? She too was taken aback when she received a letter from the minister congratulating her on her appointment as the first female Vice Chancellor of Mulungushi University in 2012.
