A Lusaka woman, Patricia Chola, 30, has dragged her husband to court seeking a divorce, accusing him and his family of continuously stigmatising her for being an ex-convict. Chola revealed that she served one year and six months at Chimbokaila prison after being convicted of obtaining money by false pretences. While she was incarcerated, her husband, Bright Meye, 36, reportedly had an affair that resulted in a pregnancy.
