GOVERNMENT yesterday flagged off the provincial tour of First Republican President Dr Kenneth Kaunda’s body. Dr Kaunda’s body arrived in Choma, Southern Province around 12:00 hours and was later taken to Independence Stadium for a church service. Speaking during the church service, Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa said the country had lost a champion of freedom. “His excellency wishes to thank the Kaunda family for the humility, dedication and cooperation during the preparation for this funeral programme.
