FORMER PF secretary general Davies Mwila says PF’s Raphael Nakacinda cannot retract his statement before the truth is established, in case the President indeed met the judges. PF member of the Central Committee Raphael Nakacinda recently accused President Hakainde Hichilema of summoning judges to his house, a statement which has received condemnation from various government officials.
