POLICE have recorded a warn and caution statement from a Coxswain of a fishing rig on which six members of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church are alleged to have jumped off when they met their fate. In a statement, Tuesday, Police Spokesperson Rae Hamoonga stated that Jonathan Haajaya aged 25 had been cautioned on the offence of Criminal Negligence and Reckless.
