LUNTE PF member of parliament Mutotwe Kafwaya has announced that he will contest for the PF presidency at the forthcoming general conference, promising to strengthen the party. In an interview, Kafwaya said he would bring hope to the people of Zambia. “I will take leadership. I will ensure that PF is strengthened and that structures within PF are working according to their mandate. When you do so, there is no chance of bringing back cadreism, there is no chance of people misbehaving because those things are not provided for in the operating system of the structures that have been put up.
