FORMER Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development Ronald Chitotela did not make any disclosure of any crimes committed before he was granted the settlement agreement by the Anti-Corruption Commission under the previous management, a News Diggers investigation has revealed. According to the settlement agreement seen by News Diggers, Chitotela surrendered US$10,000 to the commission for their operations, without him confessing the crimes he had committed against the state. The former minister also forfeited to the State property No. Subdivision A2 lot L/3270/M Ibex Hill, Lusaka.
