Speaking when President Hakainde Hichilema hosted him at State House, Thursday, President Mattarella said he appreciated President Hichilema’s speech when he addressed the European Parliament. “I am very happy to be able to exchange views with you. To us, Zambia is an example of democracy and stability in the African continent, in the region.
