TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TI-Z) president Sampa Kalungu says the recent audit carried out by the Local Government Service Commission at the Lusaka City Council should be extended to government ministries to root out all undeserving employees. The commission recently revealed that after carrying out a staff audit, 46 senior officers at LCC did not have the requisite qualifications and 18 officers were on suspension for corruption and bribery offences.
