MINISTER of Commerce, Trade and Industry Chipoka Mulenga says Zambia under President Hakainde Hichilema’s leadership is being used as a case study by the African Union on how it has achieved mass recruitments and free education. Speaking on ZNBC’s Sunday interview programme, Mulenga said even those who doubted the government’s promise of recruiting over 40,000 civil servants were beneficiaries. “This [health and teacher] recruitment, it has been done [in a] non-selective [manner].
