PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has called upon former president Edgar Lungu and opposition leaders to work with government in building and growing relationships. And President Hichilema says comments on who started the Kafue Lower Gorge Project are not important because the UPND found that the project had stalled but completed it.
